No. We accept insurance and self-pay patients without a membership. Membership plans are for patients who want priority access, bundled services, and the best long-term value.
Can I keep my insurance with a membership plan?
Yes. Your insurance still covers specialist referrals, outside labs, hospital visits, and other services. Our membership covers your primary care costs at Viva — the two work together.
Are membership plans available for families?

Can I cancel or change my plan?
We offer flexible plan options. Call our office to discuss changes, upgrades, or cancellations. Annual plans are billed upfront; per-visit plans have no long-term commitment.

Yes. You can enroll online directly from each plan card above. You'll complete a short form and pay securely via Stripe — your patient account will be created automatically. You can also call +1 305 209 0001 if you prefer to enroll by phone.
